Damaged goods caused during shipping

Damaged goods must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of goods to qualify for insurance claims. 

Contact SCENTI Support via email to report a receipt of damaged goods at support@scentihealth.com or via our online Contact Form.

Tracking my shipment

SCENTI is generally shipped with tracking number(s). If you purchased SCENTI from Amazon then please refer to their shipping tracking information.

If you purchased SCENTI from the SCENTI Store and did not receive an email with your tracking number first check your email spam folder and if it can not be found contact SCENTI Support at support@scentihealth.com or via our online Contact Form.
